Risk Disclosure

Trading involves risk
Trading financial instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You could lose some or all of your invested capital. Before deciding to trade, you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite.
Past performance is not indicative of future results
Any examples, signals, or historical performance shown anywhere in the Service — including charts, backtests, screenshots, testimonials, or marketing content — are illustrative only. Past results do not guarantee, imply, or predict future performance.
No financial advice
Mcode is an analytical software tool. Nothing in the Service constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. You remain solely responsible for all decisions you make and orders you place.
You trade through your own broker
- Mcode is not a broker, does not hold client funds, and does not execute trades on your behalf.
- Orders originated from Mcode are sent to your own broker account and executed by your broker under your broker's terms.
- You are responsible for understanding your broker's spreads, slippage, margin requirements, and order-handling policies.
Leverage
Many of the instruments accessible through MT5 are traded on margin using leverage. Leverage can amplify both gains and losses, and losses may exceed your initial deposit. Review your broker's margin policy before trading.
Signals and analysis are not guarantees
- Alpha signals, wave analysis, AI commentary, and portfolio insights are algorithmic outputs provided "as is".
- Signal quality, accuracy, and timeliness are not guaranteed. Signals may be delayed, withdrawn, or revised at any time.
- You should independently validate any signal before acting on it.
Automated trading
If you enable Auto-Trade or similar automation features, orders will be placed without further confirmation from you. You are responsible for reviewing your automation configuration, risk limits, and monitoring your account. Technical failures in the Service, your broker, the internet, or MT5 may cause orders to execute late, be rejected, or miss entirely.
Regional availability
The Service may not be available in all jurisdictions. You are responsible for ensuring that using the Service and trading the instruments involved is legal in your jurisdiction.
Seek professional advice
Before trading, consider seeking independent financial, legal, and tax advice from appropriately licensed professionals. This page is an informational disclosure and does not substitute for professional advice.
